It aims to render the waiting time extremely functional, through statistical analyses that allow the organization to continuously improve the services it provides. It informs the customer by communicating in a new way, through the distribution of multimedia contents and by using the same waiting area displays that summarize the current queue states.

In particular, Solari di Udine’s solution is characterized by the following hardware components:

  • a ticket dispenser, available in different models, used for choosing a service and obtaining a ticket;
  • TFT - LCD waiting-area displays, for viewing the last tickets served, and any information that the organization wishes to convey;
  • LED clerk-window displays, for viewing the number currently being served.

The package is completed by the software application and its main module, SolariQ. As a queue management software, SolariQ, mainly allows one to configure the devices in use and monitor their operating state.
